Any under 18 who will be attending the centre under the supervision of any one other than their parent/guardian will need to provide a completed Parental Consent Form.
To register with boulders as a competent climber who will not need supervision, you will need to provide a completed Unsupervised Registration Form. These are also available to complete upon arrival at the Centre.
