At Boulders we are looking for fit, motivated staff to join the team. The right person will have an enthusiasm for the outdoors, especially climbing, and a desire to work amongst people. They will be comfortable communicating with children and professional adults, and are able to communicate warmth and engender trust. They won't necessarily have all the qualifications under the sun but have a thirst to learn and take part in our excellent staff development package. They will hold themselves well and be able to present a professional image across a range of circumstances.

There are no full-time vacancies available with boulders at present , however we welcome speculative applications from anyone with CWA or SPA qualifications who is interested in part-time work as an instructor.
