UPDATE! Dynamic Yoga at Boulders Indoor Climbing Centre 25th July 2010
Dynamic Yoga concentrates mainly on standing postures using the body's own weight to build strength and muscle control. The class will give balance, strength, incredible flexibility and undoubtedly improve your climbing! Totally suitable for men and women who are a total beginner to those with good fitness levels.
The class is free to GOLD Members and those who have paid for entrance to the Centre! Spaces are limited and will run on a first come, first serve basis. Pre booking is not avaliable for Dynamic Yoga. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Clases will be held every Monday 6.30 - 7.30pm and 7.45 - 8.45pm
