Boulders Circuit Training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness. They're totally free for GOLD Members to attend and the normal entrance fee applies if you're not a GOLD Member but we'd always recommended booking beforehand through reception as they can get pretty busy!

The Army Sport Climbing Championships 2010 at Boulders Indoor Climbing Centre

More than 100 climbers, from across the UK – and as far afield as Germany – descended upon Boulders for the Army Sport Climbing Championship 2010. It’s the second year in a row that Boulders has been chosen to host the two-day event – a pan-Army tournament that sees climbers pit themselves against one another in a series of challenges, designed to test their speed, skill and agility.
