This summer it's time for you to discover what the experts already know - the exhilarating joy of being immersed in nature, on a pleasantly sunny day, with nothing else on your mind other than climbing the cliff you're hanging from!

To make the most of the incredible countryside we have on our doorstep, Tony Penning, trad and lead climbing expert, runs outdoor days to local climbing hot-spots.

Tony Penning holds the Mountain Instructor Award and as a Mountain Leader Training Board approved provider, is Boulders' course director for the Climbing Wall Award (CWA), the Single Pitch Award (SPA) and the Climbing Wall Lead Award (CWLA). 

Tony is based near the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean and as well as providing instructor courses, he teaches a wide variety of climbing skills, including:

• First steps outdoors.
• How to lead - Sport.
• How to lead - Trad.
• Multi pitch climbing.
• Lead climber, moving on.
• Scrambling.
