Terms & Conditions of Sale

Please read these terms carefully, it may be a good idea to print a copy and keep them for your reference.

Placing an Order

By completing and submitting your order you are making an offer to purchase goods from Boulders which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.  Once you have placed your order we will send you an e–mail to confirm the order has been received. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will send you an e-mail to confirm we have accepted your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment until we have accepted your order.

We try our upmost to ensure that the information provided to you at the time of purchase is correct. However, we do accept that mistakes can be made. In the unlikely event that we have made a stock or pricing error, we will inform you of this before we have accepted your order. In this event we will contact you to explain the nature of the issue and hopefully arrange an alternative solution. Once an alternative is agreed we will send an order confirmation e-mail and there will be a contract between us. In the event an alternative cannot be found and you wish to cancel your order, you will not receive an order confirmation e-mail and there will be no contract between us.

Delivery (Priority Shipping)

All orders will be sent Royal Mail First Class

The delivery charge for all UK orders is £5.00

Where possible, if your order is placed before 2pm, we will make every attempt to have the product at your door within 48 hours.

If, for any reason, the order has to be delayed, we will inform you of the date we expect to deliver the item to you. This should be no more than 5 working days from the date you placed your order

All items will require a signature on receipt. If the item is unable to be delivered, a card will be left with further instructions. This will normally require the item to be picked up from the local post office or for redelivery to be arranged. It is now the recipient’s responsibility to collect the package. If the recipient fails to obtain the package in a reasonable time, the package will be returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery.

Cancellation and Returns

Please see our returns policy for further details.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault.

This policy does not apply to any goods classed as Personal Protective Equipment(PPE). This includes but is not limited to; ropes, harnesses, slings, helmets and hardware.

In addition to our returns policy, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract before delivery, and up to 7 working days after delivery. If you would like to do this feel free to notify us by telephone but you will have to confirm your cancellation by writing to us.  We will then provide you with a full refund including the original postage charge, within 30 days.

Although you are not required to provide any reason for your cancellation, we appreciate all feedback and a brief explanation for your return would help us provide a better service to our customers in the future.

If you cancel your contract you must return the items, in their original condition, to us at your own expense. As the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend using a service that insures you for the value of the goods.
