Meeting Room

 

Close to the city centre with ample free parking, Boulders meeting room provides comfortable seating for up to 45 delegates theatre-style and is ideal for meetings with a difference. Seating can be arranged to suit your needs.
The room boasts a state of the art presentation suite within the hire price, including laptop port, USB memory stick reader, DVD player, surround sound and a 50" flat screen.
It is available to be hired by the day or any part thereof, 9.30am* - 10.00pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am* - 6.00pm at the weekends.

 

Part Day - Morning (9.30am - 1.30pm) £100 
Part Day - Afternoon (2.00pm - 6.00pm) £100 
Part Day - Evening (7.00pm - 10.00pm) £90 
Full Day (9.30am - 6.00pm) £180 
Full Day + Evening (9.30am - 10.00pm) £210 
Hourly basis (per hour)  £50 

Any booking using the meeting room will be able to take advantage of our on site hospitality served from the Boulders Cafe.

Bookings requiring the use of the meeting room will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the full booked price if cancelled within 30 days, or a 100% cancellation fee of the full booked price if cancelled within 7 days, of the start date of the activity.
